La Suprema Corte en la causa Nº 130764 'V.G.F. S/ RECURSO DE QUEJA EN CAUSA Nº 78.445 Y SU ACUM. 78.447 DEL TRIBUNAL DE CASACION PENAL, SALA IV' resolvio Rechazar -por improcedente- la queja traída por el señor defensor oficial Adjunto de Casación a favor de V.G.F., con costas (art. 486 bis del CPP).
