La Suprema Corte en la causa Nº 131756 'FIZTMAURICE, MIGUEL MAIHUA S/ RECURSO DE QUEJA EN CAUSA Nº 8.552 DE LA CÁMARA DE APELACIÓN Y GARANTÍAS EN LO PENAL DE LA MATANZA, SALA II' resolvio Rechazar, por improcedente, la queja articulada por la señora defensora oficial departamental a favor de Miguel Maihua Fiztmaurice, con costas (art. 486 bis, CPP).
